Recommendations improve from outcomes
Invoke the provider directly, then send its signed receipt with success, quality, latency and cost. Reports influence only your tenant’s recommendations for that task class, language and provider revision. A receipt proves recommendation, not execution.
Requirement text is discarded after resolution. Private structured recommendations and outcome metrics are retained until your tenant deletes them; a separate recent-evidence window guides ranking.
